The invention discloses a hybrid loader energy recovery system based on a super capacitor and a control method, and belongs to the field of engineering machinery. The engine is mechanically connected with the generator, the four wheel-side motors drive the whole vehicle to walk, and the wheel-side motor controller is connected with the wheel-side motors; the generator, the super capacitor and the four wheel-side motor controllers are connected in parallel, and the super capacitor and the generator can serve as power sources of the wheel-side motors at the same time; on one hand, the whole vehicle controller is connected with the generator controller and the four wheel side motor controllers, and on the other hand, the whole vehicle controller is connected with the electric brake pedal and the accelerator pedal. The characteristic that the super capacitor can achieve instant large-current charging and discharging is utilized, large electric quantity generated when the four wheel side motors brake is recycled, the energy recycling capacity is improved, then the super capacitor serves as a power source to supply power when the vehicle starts, recycling of the instant large electric quantity is achieved, and therefore energy consumption is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于超级电容的混动装载机能量回收系统及控制方法,属于工程机械领域。发动机与发电机采用机械连接方式,四个轮边电机驱动整车行走,轮边电机控制器与轮边电机相连;发电机、超级电容及四个轮边电机控制器并联,超级电容及发电机能够同时作为轮边电机的动力源;整车控制器一方面分别与发电机控制器、四个轮边电机控制器相连,同时整车控制器另一方面又与电制动踏板、油门踏板相连。本发明利用超级电容能够实现瞬间大电流充放电的特性,对四个轮边电机在制动时产生的大电量进行回收,提高了能量回收的能力,然后在车辆起步时再作为动力源进行供电,实现了瞬时大电量的回收利用,从而节约能耗。
