The invention discloses a method for realizing ultrasonic phased array sparse imaging of steel rail defects. The method comprises the following steps: S1, enabling an inspection vehicle to run to a steel rail line section needing defect detection; s2, along with the movement of the inspection vehicle, the ultrasonic phased array sensor is controlled by the ultrasonic signal excitation source to emit ultrasonic waves to the steel rail, receives ultrasonic echoes reflected back from the interior of the steel rail, and then transmits ultrasonic echo signals to a signal analysis device; and S3, the signal analysis device adopts a DSMA algorithm to carry out sparse optimization processing on the receiving array element position of the ultrasonic phased array sensor, and sparse imaging is carried out on the basis, so that visual representation of the steel rail defect is realized. According to the invention, non-contact on-line detection can be carried out on steel rail defects, detection precision and detection efficiency are considered, and theoretical basis and practical guidance can be provided for safe service, early warning and timely maintenance of the steel rail.
本发明公开了一种实现钢轨缺陷超声相控阵稀疏成像的方法,包括如下步骤:S1、使巡检车行驶至需要进行缺陷检测的钢轨线路段;S2、随着巡检车的移动,超声相控阵传感器受超声信号激发源控制向钢轨发射超声波,并接收钢轨内反射回来的超声回波,然后将超声回波信号传输至信号分析装置;S3、信号分析装置采用DSMA算法对超声相控阵传感器的接收阵元位置进行稀疏优化处理,并在此基础上进行稀疏成像,从而实现对钢轨缺陷的可视化表征。本发明可对钢轨缺陷进行非接触式在线检测,并兼顾了检测精度与检测效率,能为钢轨安全服役、预警、及时维护提供理论依据和实践指导。
