The invention discloses a method for achieving steel rail defect detection based on a water immersion ultrasonic phased array sensor. The method comprises the following steps that S1, a rail detection trolley runs to a steel rail line section needing defect detection; s2, along with the movement of the rail inspection trolley, the ultrasonic signal transmitting and receiving instrument drives the water immersion ultrasonic phased array sensor to transmit ultrasonic waves downwards, and the ultrasonic waves are transmitted into the steel rail through the coupling effect of water in the water tank and are reflected by defects in the steel rail; ultrasonic echoes formed by reflection are received by the water immersion ultrasonic phased array sensor so as to form full-matrix ultrasonic echo signals, and the full-matrix ultrasonic echo signals are transmitted to a computer through an ultrasonic signal transmitting and receiving instrument; and S3, carrying out imaging processing on the received full-matrix ultrasonic echo signals by the computer to realize visual detection of steel rail defects. According to the invention, long-distance, omnibearing and automatic detection of steel rail defects can be realized, and the method has the advantages of fast detection speed, high accuracy, good reliability and the like.
本发明公开了一种基于水浸超声相控阵传感器实现钢轨缺陷检测的方法,包括如下步骤:S1、使轨检小车行驶至需要缺陷检测的钢轨线路段;S2、随着轨检小车的移动,超声信号发射接收仪驱动水浸超声相控阵传感器向下发射超声波,超声波通过水槽内部水的耦合作用传输至钢轨内部并被钢轨内部的缺陷反射,反射形成的超声回波被水浸超声相控阵传感器所接收从而形成全矩阵超声回波信号,经超声信号发射接收仪传输至计算机;S3、计算机对接收的全矩阵超声回波信号进行成像处理,实现钢轨缺陷的可视化检测。本发明不仅可对钢轨缺陷实现长距离、全方位、自动化检测,而且具有检测速度快、准确度高、可靠性好等优点。
