In the free hook falling process, the flexibility of hook falling speed change can be improved, so that the impact force caused by the hook falling speed change to the hoisting equipment is reduced, and the experience feeling of the hoisting equipment in the using process is improved.
本发明涉及工程机械领域,提供一种落钩控制方法、装置、吊装设备及起重机,该方法包括:获取刹车部件所输入的刹车信号;基于刹车信号确定刹车部件当前的工作区间;其中,刹车部件包括多个工作区间,多个工作区间是对刹车部件的工作行程进行划分得到的;基于刹车部件当前的工作区间确定刹车信号对应的控制信号,并将控制信号发送至刹车控制组件;其中,刹车控制组件用于根据控制信号控制落钩刹车力。本发明在自由落钩过程中能够提高落钩速度变化的柔和性,从而降低了落钩速度变化对吊装设备造成的冲击力,且提高了吊装设备使用过程中的体验感。
