The invention discloses an anti-falling hoisting device, a crane and a hoisting method of radioactive equipment, by guiding a hoisting tool, the hoisting tool keeps the stability of a heavy object when hoisting the heavy object, and the hoisting tool can be lifted when the descending speed of the hoisting tool is greater than the preset speed to prevent the heavy object from falling. The anti-falling lifting device comprises a long-distance hanging sling (1), a guide assembly (3) and an anti-falling assembly (2). And the long-distance hanging lifting appliance (1) is connected with a crane and is used for lifting a heavy object. And the guide assembly (3) is connected with the long-distance hanging lifting appliance (1) and is used for guiding the long-distance hanging lifting appliance (1) when the long-distance hanging lifting appliance (1) ascends and descends. The anti-falling assembly (2) is connected with the guiding assembly (3) and used for being driven by the guiding assembly (3) to ascend and descend and lifting the long-distance hanging and connecting lifting appliance (1) when the descending speed of the long-distance hanging and connecting lifting appliance (1) is larger than the preset speed so that the long-distance hanging and connecting lifting appliance (1) can stop descending.
