The invention discloses an expressway vehicle speed detection method and system under a complex detection condition, and the method comprises the following steps: obtaining the original monitoring video information of an expressway, carrying out the feature marking based on the monitoring video information, and obtaining a marked image data set; training a target tracking model based on the annotated image data set; dividing a detection area, collecting monitoring video information of a target to be detected in the detection area, and obtaining a bird's-eye view feature image set based on a target tracking model; and calculating the vehicle speed based on the aerial view feature image set. According to the invention, vehicle detection and tracking under complex conditions are realized by using a deep learning method, and feature points of the vehicle in a detection area are accurately obtained; the accurate vehicle displacement is calculated through inverse perspective transformation under the conditions that only video images are needed, excessive external devices do not need to be relied on, and camera parameters do not need to be obtained, and then the vehicle speed detection accuracy based on the monitoring video is improved.

    本申请公开了一种复杂检测条件下的高速公路车速检测方法及系统,其中,方法包括以下步骤:获取高速公路原始监控视频信息,基于监控视频信息进行特征标注,得到标注图像数据集;基于标注图像数据集训练目标跟踪模型;划分检测区域,采集检测区域的待测目标监控视频信息,并基于目标跟踪模型得到鸟瞰特征图像集;基于鸟瞰特征图像集进行计算车辆车速。本申请利用深度学习方法实现复杂条件下的车辆检测和跟踪,准确获得车辆在检测区的特征点;在仅需视频图像,无需依赖于过多外在设备,且无需获得相机参数的情况下通过逆透视变换,计算得到较准确的车辆位移,进而提高基于监控视频的车速检测精确度。
