The invention discloses a vibration damping strut assembly with a heat dissipation structure, which comprises an air suspension upper cover, a spring airbag, a membrane piston and a vibration damper, and further comprises an upper cover heat dissipation mechanism arranged on the air suspension upper cover, the shock absorber heat dissipation mechanism is arranged on the shock absorber; the upper cover heat dissipation mechanism and the shock absorber heat dissipation mechanism both extend towards the periphery based on connecting components on the inner sides of the upper cover heat dissipation mechanism and the shock absorber heat dissipation mechanism, the contact area with air is increased, and therefore the heat dissipation performance of the shock absorption supporting column is improved. The radiating fins are arranged on the peripheral metal surface of the vibration damping support column, the radiating efficiency is further improved by utilizing a turnover and notch structure, and the temperature of an assembly part under a high-temperature working condition is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种带散热结构的减振支柱总成,包括:空悬上盖、弹簧气囊、膜式活塞和减振器,还包括:设置在所述空悬上盖上的上盖散热机构;设置在所述减振器上的减振器散热机构;所述上盖散热机构和所述减振器散热机构均基于自身内侧的连接构件为基准向外周延伸,增大与空气的接触面积从而提升减振支柱的散热性能。通过在减振支柱的外周金属面设置散热片,利用具有翻折和缺口结构进一步提高散热效率,降低总成件在高温工况下的温度。
