The vibration reduction and heat dissipation device comprises a plate body connected and fixed to a satellite cabin plate; the condensation pipe is attached and fixed to the plate body and is formed by circuitous bending; the plate body comprises an installation area, and the condensation pipe extends from one side edge of the installation area to the other opposite side edge of the installation area in the first direction. The device further comprises an evaporator fixedly attached to the surface of the side, away from the plate body, of the condensation pipe. The evaporator extends from one side edge of the condensation pipe in the first direction; the condenser pipe has an exposed area; the evaporator is communicated with the condenser pipe through a communicating pipeline; the electronic equipment is fixedly attached to the surface of the side, deviating from the condensation pipe, of the evaporator. Heat generated by the electronic equipment is transmitted to the condenser pipe through the evaporator; the device further comprises a shock absorber used for slowing down vibration of the electronic equipment, and the electronic equipment is installed on the plate body through the shock absorber. The device can alleviate the vibration of the electronic equipment and also can give consideration to the heat dissipation problem, the whole system is simple in structure and light in weight, and the space utilization rate is improved.

    本申请实施例公开一种减振散热装置,包括:连接固定在卫星舱板上的板体;贴合固定在板体上且迂回弯折形成的冷凝管;板体上包括有一安装区域,冷凝管沿第一方向自安装区域的一侧边部延伸至相对的另一侧边部;装置还包括:与冷凝管背离板体的一侧表面贴合固定的蒸发器;蒸发器自冷凝管的一侧边沿第一方向延伸设置;冷凝管具有暴露区;蒸发器与冷凝管通过连通管路连通;电子设备与蒸发器背离冷凝管的一侧表面贴合固定;电子设备产生的热量通过蒸发器传输至冷凝管;装置还包括:用以减缓电子设备振动的减振器,电子设备通过减振器安装在板体上。该装置在能够减缓电子设备振动的同时还能兼顾其散热问题,整个系统结构简单,重量小,提高了空间利用率。
