The rear transmission assembly of the mine truck comprises a transmission shell, a gear assembly, a transmission output end, a rear axle shell, a rear axle input end, a differential mechanism assembly, a connecting bolt and the gear assembly, the transmission output end is installed in the transmission shell, and the transmission output end is connected to the side portion of the gear assembly; the rear axle input end and the differential assembly are installed in the rear axle housing, the rear axle input end is meshed with the differential assembly through a gear, a rear axle housing through hole is formed in the side portion of the rear axle housing, and the rear axle input end and the transmission output end are rigidly connected at the rear axle housing through hole; and one side of the opening of the transmission shell is connected to the through hole of the rear axle housing through a connecting bolt. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the rear transmission assembly of the mine truck. The transmission and the rear axle are integrally arranged, so that the technical problems of oil leakage and oil leakage of the output end of the transmission and the input end of the rear axle caused by continuous change of the working angle of the transmission shaft in the prior art are solved.

    本发明公开了一种矿用车后传动总成,包括:变速器壳体、齿轮组件、变速器输出端、后桥壳、后桥输入端、差速器组件、连接螺栓,齿轮组件、变速器输出端安装在变速器壳体内,变速器输出端连接在齿轮组件的侧部;后桥输入端、差速器组件安装在后桥壳内,后桥输入端与差速器组件通过齿轮啮合,后桥壳侧部设置有后桥壳通孔,后桥输入端、变速器输出端在后桥壳通孔处刚性连接;变速器壳体的开口一侧利用连接螺栓连接在后桥壳通孔处。本发明还公开了一种矿用车后传动总成的装配方法。本发明中变速器和后桥集成布置,解决了现有技术中变速器输出端和后桥输入端由于传动轴工作角度不断变化而引起的渗油及漏油的技术问题。
