The invention relates to a control surface jamming device for an aircraft and a control surface jamming test method and system. The control surface jamming device comprises a man-machine interaction device, the man-machine interaction device comprises a plurality of discrete switches, and the discrete switches can be operated by a pilot to provide input representing the control surface jamming angle needing test flight; and a control surface jamming excitation device configured to: receive combined signals from the plurality of discrete switches and a control surface angle signal from a flight control computer; and notifying a flight control computer to generate a control surface jamming instruction based on the combined signals from the plurality of discrete switches and a control surface angle signal from the flight control computer.
