The invention relates to a control surface jamming flight test method and system for an aircraft. The method comprises the following steps: receiving a control surface jamming flight test instruction, wherein the control surface jamming flight test instruction comprises one or more working conditions needing flight test; aiming at each specific working condition in one or more working conditions included in the control surface jamming flight test instruction, automatically carrying out flight test; and after the test flight is completed, the normal flight control system state is recovered.
