The speed reducer is a double-input single-output speed reducer, an output shaft of the speed reducer is fixedly sleeved with a driving wheel, one input shaft of the speed reducer is connected with an output shaft of the driving motor, and the other input shaft of the speed reducer is connected with an output shaft of the hydraulic motor. The speed reducer is connected with the mounting frame, the upper surface of the mounting frame is connected with an inner ring of the slewing bearing gear, the slewing bearing gear is meshed with the gear, the diameter of the slewing bearing gear is larger than that of the gear, and the gear is connected with an output shaft of the steering motor. The structure and the transmission mode of the hybrid power steering wheel are provided for the first time, the loading capacity of the steering wheel is greatly improved, the starting impact current borne by the driving motor in the using process is reduced, and the service life of the steering wheel driving motor is prolonged.
本发明提供一种电静液压并联混合驱动的重载AGV舵轮,涉及AGV小车技术领域。本装置包括减速器、驱动轮、驱动电机、液压马达、安装架、回转支承齿轮、齿轮和转向电机。减速器为双输入单输出减速器,减速器输出轴上固定套装有驱动轮,减速器的一个输入轴与驱动电机输出轴连接,减速器的另一个输入轴与液压马达输出轴连接。减速器与安装架连接,安装架上表面与回转支承齿轮内圈连接,回转支承齿轮与齿轮啮合连接,回转支承齿轮直径大于齿轮直径,齿轮与转向电机输出轴连接。本发明首次提出了混合动力舵轮的结构与传动方式,大大提高了舵轮负载能力,减小了驱动电机在使用中受到的启动冲击电流,提高了舵轮驱动电机的使用寿命。
