The invention relates to a method and system for evaluating the carrying capacity of a power distribution network for accepting electric vehicle charging load, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining basic parameters of the power distribution network, carrying out the functional region division of the power distribution network according to the time-space characteristics of the electric vehicle load, and obtaining a total conventional load curve of a power distribution network system according to typical load curves of different functional regions; setting system operation limiting conditions, and configuring and setting over-current protection according to a total conventional load curve of the system to obtain maximum load current of the over-current protection under different limiting conditions; and according to the current value of the load flowing through the protection under each limiting condition, limiting conditions for limiting the access scale of the electric vehicle are determined, and an evaluation result of the maximum accessible scale of the electric vehicle is obtained according to the limiting conditions and the evaluation criterion. The method can eliminate the adverse effect of the charging load of the electric vehicle on the power distribution network, and can be applied to the field of power distribution network planning.

    本发明涉及一种配电网接纳电动汽车充电负荷承载能力评估方法及系统,其包括:获取配电网基本参数,按照电动汽车负荷时空特性对配电网进行功能区划分,并根据不同功能区典型负荷曲线获取配电网系统总常规负荷曲线;设定系统运行限制条件,依据系统总常规负荷曲线,对过电流保护进行配置与整定,得到不同限制条件下流过保护的最大负荷电流;根据各限制条件下流过保护的负荷电流值,确定限制电动汽车接入规模的限制条件,根据限制条件及评估基准得到电动汽车最大可接入规模的评估结果。本发明能消除电动汽车充电负荷对于配电网的不利影响,可以在配电网规划领域中应用。
