The invention relates to the technical field of new energy automobiles, in particular to an anti-locked-rotor method and device for a driving motor, a vehicle and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that when an electronic parking system of an electric automobile is in an activated state, the driving intention of a driver is recognized; if the driving intention is recognized, whether the electric vehicle meets a parking release condition or not is detected; if the electric vehicle meets the parking release condition, the electronic parking system is closed, meanwhile, the driving motor of the electric vehicle is controlled to output torque based on the driving intention, otherwise, the driving intention is not responded, and the electronic parking system is kept in the activated state. Therefore, the problems that in the related technology, due to the fact that a safety belt of a driver is not worn, stalling and other faults of a vehicle driving motor occur, the service life of an electric drive system is shortened, and vehicle using safety and experience are reduced are solved.
