The invention provides a locked-rotor control method of a motor. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring temperatures of all power switch tubes in the motor; determining a temperature maximum value in the temperatures of all the power switch tubes, and determining whether the temperature maximum value exceeds a preset early warning threshold value or not; under the condition that it is determined that the maximum temperature value exceeds the preset early warning threshold value, the adjustment coefficient conducts non-uniform modulation on the action time of the first zero vector and the second zero vector, and the conduction duration of the first zero vector and the conduction duration of the second zero vector in one switching period are in negative correlation. Non-equally-divided modulation is carried out on the action time of the first zero vector and the second zero vector through the adjustment coefficient, the different action time of the first zero vector and the second zero vector has different losses on the power switch tube, and non-equally-divided modulation is carried out on the action time of the first zero vector and the second zero vector, so that the losses of the power switch tube can be reduced; under the condition that a power switch tube with higher power is not replaced, the motor controller outputs larger current under the locked-rotor condition, and the locked-rotor capability of the motor controller is improved.

    本公开提供一种电机的堵转控制方法,获取电机内所有功率开关管的温度;确定所有功率开关管的温度中的温度最大值,确定温度最大值是否超过预设预警阈值;在确定温度最大值超过预设预警阈值的情况下,调整系数对第一零矢量与第二零矢量的作用时间进行非均分调制,在一个开关周期内第一零矢量与第二零矢量的导通时长负相关。通过调整系数对第一零矢量与第二零矢量的作用时间进行非均分调制,不同的第一零矢量与第二零矢量的作用时间对功率开关管的损耗不同,对第一零矢量与第二零矢量的作用时间进行非均分调制可以降低功率开关管的损耗,使在不更换更高功率的功率开关管的情况下,电机控制器在堵转情况下输出更大的电流,提高电机控制器的堵转能力。
