The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, and discloses a structure-reinforced unmanned aerial vehicle automatic take-off and landing airport which comprises a box body, a lifting mechanism is arranged in the box body and comprises a first electric push rod, a supporting plate, a sliding block and a sliding groove, and the end, away from the output end, of the first electric push rod is fixedly connected with the bottom of the inner wall of the box body; the bottom of the supporting plate is fixedly connected with the output end of a first electric push rod. An undercarriage on the unmanned aerial vehicle body is controlled to fall into a limiting groove, a second electric push rod is started, the second electric push rod drives an L-shaped plate to get close to the undercarriage until the L-shaped plate makes contact with a limiting plate, a third electric push rod is started, the third electric push rod drives a pressing plate to move downwards, and the pressing plate presses the undercarriage; therefore, the purpose of effectively fixing the unmanned aerial vehicle body on the supporting plate is achieved, and when the unmanned aerial vehicle field is transferred on a vehicle, the unmanned aerial vehicle body cannot be collided and damaged due to shaking in the unmanned aerial vehicle field.
