The automatic meshing mechanism special for the prefabricated part hoisting machine comprises a bottom plate provided with a mounting shell and a driving motor, a limiting groove is formed in the mounting shell and extends in the axial direction of a driving shaft of the driving motor, and an upper pressing block and a lower pressing block are slidably connected into the limiting groove; an upper zipper tooth groove and a lower zipper tooth groove are formed in the opposite side faces of the upper pressing block and the lower pressing block correspondingly, a channel is formed in the side face of the mounting shell, the bottom plate is rotationally connected with a transmission rod, and a first thread part and a second thread part with the opposite thread rotating directions are arranged on the two sides of the peripheral face of the transmission rod in the length direction correspondingly. The transmission rod penetrates through the upper pressing block and the lower pressing block in a threaded mode through the first threaded part and the second threaded part respectively, and a transmission piece is arranged between the transmission rod and a driving shaft of the driving motor. By means of the arrangement, the function of being meshed with or loosened from a traction chain of a traction mechanism of the hoisting robot is achieved. And meanwhile, when the device is applied to the hoisting robot, the production cost can be saved, and the working efficiency can be improved.

    本发明公开了一种预制构件吊装机专用的自动咬合机构,包括设置有安装壳和驱动电机的底板,安装壳内具有限位槽,限位槽沿驱动电机的驱动轴轴向延伸,限位槽内滑动连接有上压块和下压块,上压块和下压块相对的侧面分别设置有上链齿槽和下链齿槽,安装壳的侧面具有通道,底板转动连接有传动杆,传动杆的外周面沿长度方向的两侧分别设置有螺纹旋向相反的第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部,传动杆通过第一螺纹部和第二螺纹部分别螺纹贯通上压块和下压块,传动杆和驱动电机的驱动轴之间设置有传动件。通过采用上述设置,实现与吊装机器人的牵引机构的牵引链咬合或松开的功能。同时将本发明应用于吊装机器人中,可节约生产成本且提高工作效率。
