The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, in particular to an integral dismantling device and method for a girder erection crane under the double-cantilever working condition of a cable-stayed bridge. The overall dismantling device for the girder erection crane under the double-cantilever working condition of the cable-stayed bridge comprises a hoisting device, a pressure sensor, a ballasting vehicle and a control device. Wherein the hoisting device is used for hoisting the frame beam crane; the pressure sensor is used for monitoring the pressure change on the beam surface when the beam erecting crane is used for hoisting; the weight vehicle is used for being arranged on the beam surface of a cantilever where the beam erecting crane is located and is arranged close to the main tower; and the control device is in signal connection with the pressure sensor and the weight vehicle and is used for receiving a signal of the pressure sensor and controlling the weight vehicle to move towards the girder erection crane according to a pressure change signal of the pressure sensor. The problems that in the prior art, a beam erecting crane is used for disassembling rod pieces one by one through a crane and then transporting the rod pieces out of a construction site, the construction period is long, and the time-consuming danger coefficient is high can be solved.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,具体涉及一种斜拉桥双悬臂工况架梁吊机整体拆除装置及方法。该斜拉桥双悬臂工况架梁吊机整体拆除装置包括:起吊装置、压力传感器、压重车和控制装置。其中,起吊装置用于起吊架梁吊机;压力传感器用于监测将架梁吊机起吊时对梁面的压力变化;压重车用于设置在架梁吊机所在悬臂的梁面上,并靠近主塔设置;控制装置与压力传感器和压重车信号连接,用于接收压力传感器的信号,并根据压力传感器的压力变化信号,控制压重车向架梁吊机移动。能够解决现有技术中利用吊机将架梁吊机逐个杆件进行拆解,然后再运输出施工场地,导致施工工期时间较长,费时危险系数高的问题。
