The invention relates to a lateral disturbance pre-response module and method for a vehicle. The module comprises a memory, a processor and a communication interface configured to be in communication connection with a related system of the vehicle. The module is configured to obtain related information of transverse interference; obtaining related information of the vehicle; a pre-offset direction is determined based on the direction information of the transverse interference, and a pre-offset amount is obtained based on the parameter information of the transverse interference and the related information of the vehicle through a query comparison table or a calculation mode. Wherein the comparison table reflects the parameter information of the transverse interference or the corresponding relation among the transverse acting force calculated by the parameter information, the vehicle speed of the vehicle and the pre-offset, and the pre-offset is calculated based on the transverse acting force; and planning a pre-offset path based on the obtained pre-offset amount and the pre-offset direction, wherein the planning of the pre-offset path comprises the step of determining a starting distance from the position where the transverse interference is located and an offset track within the starting distance.
