The invention relates to a traffic data completion method and system, a terminal and a storage medium. Comprising the following steps: constructing a traffic state relation graph according to the real traffic data of each road in a monitoring area and the correlation between the roads; performing spatial correlation learning on the traffic state relation graph by using a graph attention model to obtain node spatial features; inputting the node spatial features into a GRU-CCN model, and extracting global spatial and temporal features of traffic data through the GRU-CCN model; decoding the global spatial-temporal characteristics by using a multi-layer full-connection decoder to obtain decoded traffic data of each road; and complementing missing data in the real traffic data according to the decoded traffic data of each road to obtain complete traffic data. According to the method, the space-time correlation of the traffic state of the whole network can be extracted more comprehensively, so that missing traffic data can be accurately complemented.
本申请涉及一种交通数据补全方法、系统、终端以及存储介质。包括:根据监测区域内各道路的真实交通数据以及道路之间的相关性构建交通状态关系图;利用图注意力模型对所述交通状态关系图进行空间关联性学习,得到节点空间特征;将所述节点空间特征输入GRU‑CCN模型,通过所述GRU‑CCN模型提取交通数据的全局时空特征;利用多层全连接解码器对所述全局时空特征进行解码,得到解码后各道路的交通数据;根据所述解码后各道路的交通数据对所述真实交通数据中的缺失数据进行补全,得到完整交通数据。本发明能够更全面的提取全网交通状态时空相关性,从而对缺失交通数据进行精确补全。
