The invention provides a heterogeneity-guided traffic flow completion method and system, a medium and equipment, and belongs to the technical field of data processing. The method comprises the following steps: performing time-space decoupling mask coding on original traffic flow data to generate mask data; performing feature embedding and position coding on the original traffic flow data and the mask data to obtain a space-time coding result; wherein the space-time coding result comprises respective time and space coding results of the original traffic flow data and the mask data; respectively generating a time heterogeneity characterization matrix and a space heterogeneity characterization matrix by using a mask contrast learning method of reconstruction loss based on a space-time coding result; and complementing the traffic flow data based on a tensor decomposition model by taking the time heterogeneity representation matrix and the space heterogeneity representation matrix as constraint conditions to obtain the complemented traffic flow. The spatial-temporal heterogeneity characterization result is used for constraining the spatial-temporal relation of the traffic flow, and the complementation precision and robustness of the road traffic flow data are improved.
