The invention discloses a dual-mode automobile four-wheel drive transmission system shock absorber matching method. The method comprises the steps that S1, the torsional vibration frequency and the vibration magnitude of a whole automobile transmission system are recognized; s2, recognizing the bending modal frequency of the rear-section transmission shaft; s3, identifying a translational rigid body mode of the shock absorber; s4, the rotation mode of the shock absorber is recognized; and S5, performing modal matching. According to the dual-mode automobile four-wheel drive transmission system shock absorber matching method, the translation mode and the rotation mode of the shock absorber are matched respectively, the rotation mode is aligned with the torsional vibration frequency of a transmission system, and the translation mode is aligned with the bending mode of a transmission shaft; meanwhile, the problems of vibration and noise caused by torsional vibration of an automobile four-wheel drive transmission system and bending of a transmission shaft are solved.

    本发明公开了一种双模态汽车四驱传动系统减震器匹配方法,包括步骤:S1、识别整车传动系统扭振频率及振动量级;S2、识别后段传动轴弯曲模态频率;S3、识别减震器的平动刚体模态;S4、识别减震器的转动模态;S5、模态匹配。本发明的双模态汽车四驱传动系统减震器匹配方法,对减震器的平动和转动模态进行分别匹配,将转动模态对准传动系统扭振频率,将平动模态对准传动轴弯曲模态,同时解决汽车四驱传动系统的扭振和传动轴弯曲引起的振动和噪声问题。
