The invention discloses a train safety operation system and method and computer equipment. The system comprises a turnout protection device, a turnout protection control unit, an interlock CI, a local area controller ZC and a vehicle-mounted controller VOBC. The CI deals with the pull-in route of the train in the protection section containing the turnout; the turnout protection control unit drives the turnout protection device to move to a protection position in front of a turnout at the exit of the platform area according to a driving instruction sent by the CI; the CI receives the position representation information of the turnout protection device in the protection position, and sends a pull-in access opening signal to the ZC after the train pull-in access opening condition is met; and the VOBC controls the train to carry out pull-in route safe operation according to the movement authorization information calculated by the ZC. When the train enters the protection section containing the turnout, no matter whether the turnout of the protection section of the entry access is locked or not, the turnout protection device is always located at the protection position in front of the movable area of the turnout platform, and safe operation protection is provided for the train.

    本申请公开了一种列车安全运行系统、方法、计算机设备,该系统包括:道岔防护装置、道岔防护控制单元、联锁CI、局域控制器ZC和车载控制器VOBC;CI办理列车在含道岔的保护区段的进站进路;道岔防护控制单元根据CI发送的驱动指令驱动道岔防护装置移动至站台区域出口处道岔前的防护位;CI接收道岔防护装置处于防护位的位置表示信息,并当列车进站进路开放条件满足后,将进站进路开放信号发送给ZC;VOBC根据ZC计算的移动授权信息控制列车进行进站进路安全运行。列车在含道岔的保护区段进路时,无论进站进路的保护区段的道岔是否锁闭,道岔防护装置一直处于道岔平台可移动区域前的防护位,给予列车安全运行防护。
