The invention discloses a low-voltage power supply management system and management method for a pure electric vehicle, and the system comprises a low-voltage manual maintenance switch which is used for controlling the on-off of a storage battery, a DCDC and all low-voltage parts of the vehicle; the knob type power supply main switch is used for controlling the on-off of circuits of the storage battery, the DCDC, the vehicle normalizing part, the on-off part and the ON-gear part; the first-stage distribution box is used for large current distribution and load power supply of a rear cabin and a rear overhang area; the front distribution box is responsible for load power supply of a vehicle instrument desk and a ceiling area; the first slave module controller is used for being responsible for power supply and signal acquisition of electric devices in a vehicle ceiling area; the second slave module controller is used for being responsible for power supply and signal acquisition of electric devices in a rear cabin and a rear overhang area; and the whole vehicle domain controller is used for controlling the power supply of the slave module controllers and collecting and processing signals from the slave module controllers. The method is implemented based on a system. The system has the advantages of being simple in principle, easy and convenient to operate, integrated, intelligent and the like.

    一种纯电动汽车的低压电源管理系统及管理方法,该系统包括:低压手动维修开关,用来控制蓄电池、DCDC与车辆所有低压部件的电路通断;旋钮式电源总开关,用来控制蓄电池、DCDC与车辆常火、开关火、ON档火部件的电路通断;一级配电盒,用来负责大电流分配和后舱、后悬区域的负载供电;前配电盒,用来负责车辆仪表台和顶棚区域的负载供电;第一从模块控制器,用来负责车辆顶棚区域电器件的供电及信号采集;第二从模块控制器,用来负责后舱及后悬区域电器件的供电及信号采集;整车域控制器,控制从从模块控制器的供电、及收集处理来自从从模块控制器的信号。该方法基于系统来实施。本发明具有原理简单、操作简便、集成式、智能化等优点。
