The invention discloses an electric vehicle charging station node determination method based on a traffic service flow overlapping community. The method specifically comprises the following steps: establishing a traffic network topological structure model; defining global characteristic index road section traffic flow centrality; defining local index road section blockage aggregation; obtaining normalized road section traffic flow centrality and normalized road section congestion aggregation; establishing a road section traffic service flow; establishing a traffic service flow network model; defining node traffic service flow similarity to obtain a traffic service flow similarity matrix; acquiring a traffic service overlapping community; calculating the service efficiency decline rate of the charging network, carrying out descending order arrangement, and adding the nodes which are ranked in the front to a preferred node set of charging station site selection; according to the method, the charging network service efficiency decline rate is defined in combination with a complex network theory network efficiency model, the charging station site selection preferred node set is determined, and the large-scale charging network service efficiency can be effectively improved.
