The invention discloses an elevator dynamical model correction system and method, and belongs to the technical field of elevator operation, and the elevator dynamical model correction system comprises an experimental elevator test system and a dynamical model correction system; the experimental elevator test system and the kinetic model correction system are in signal interconnection, and signal interaction can be realized between the experimental elevator test system and the kinetic model correction system; the experimental elevator test system is used for controlling the running state of an experimental elevator and collecting actual running parameters in the running process of the experimental elevator; and the dynamical model correction system is used for correcting the elevator dynamical model based on the collected actual operation parameters. According to the scheme, through mutual cooperation of the arranged experimental elevator test system and the dynamical model correction system, the main factors and the secondary factors influencing the elevator dynamical model can be accurately distinguished, the influence degree of each factor on the dynamical model is given, and the optimal parameters are quickly found in the given range of the dynamical model parameters.
