The invention relates to the technical field of elevator dynamics, in particular to a correction system and correction method based on an elevator dynamics model. The method comprises the following steps that elevator design data are obtained, structural analysis is conducted, then elevator structural data and power source data are obtained, and an elevator power simulation model is constructed; power data of the elevator are obtained through analogue simulation, the elevator running load excessive condition is analyzed based on the data, and the abnormal state of a transmission system is estimated; aging trend analysis and performance degradation detection are carried out in combination with abnormal state data of the transmission system, and the demand power increment of the elevator is estimated; according to the performance degradation data and the power demand data, the accumulation effect of power errors is predicted, abnormal fluctuation is analyzed, and the elevator power simulation model is adjusted; according to the method, the elevator power model is optimized, so that the elevator power is more stable.

    本发明涉及电梯动力学技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于电梯动力学模型的叫校正系统及校正方法。所述方法包括以下步骤:获取电梯设计数据并进行结构分析,进而获得电梯结构数据和动力来源数据,构建电梯动力仿真模型;通过仿真模拟得到电梯的动力数据,并基于此数据对电梯运行荷载过度情况进行分析,预估传动系统的异常状态;结合传动系统异常状态数据进行老化趋势分析与性能衰退检测,估算电梯的需求动力增加量;依据性能衰退数据与动力需求数据,预测动力误差的积累效应,并对异常波动进行分析,调整电梯动力仿真模型;本发明通过对电梯动力模型优化,以实现电梯动力更加稳定。
