The brake mechanism (115) is provided with: a guide frame plate (119) having a contour shape in which the distance between both side surfaces in the side surface direction continuously increases as the distance approaches the ship bottom; a brake pad (121) that generates a frictional force with the guide frame plate (119) during operation; and a support body (127) having a plurality of coil springs (125) disposed between the support body (127) and the brake pad (121), so that the falling speed can be mechanically reduced as the device main body (45) approaches the bottom of the ship.
