The angle increase suppression mechanism (37) is provided with: a movable frame (39) provided with vertical frames (45A, 45B) having a size (L2) in the vertical direction (VD) greater than a size (L1) in the vertical direction (VD) of a device body (35) that supports the hard sail (27) and lifts and lowers in the storage compartment (29), the vertical frames (45A, 45B) being configured so that the vertical frames (45A, 45B) move in the vertical direction (VD) when viewed from the travel direction (FD); the pair of vertical frames (45A, 45B) are provided so as to be capable of sliding in the vertical direction (VD) with respect to the device body (35) in a state in which a part of the vertical frames (45A, 45B) overlap the device body (35). And a contact part (41) which is attached to the movable frame (39), is configured from a plurality of rolling rollers (43) that contact and move on the side surface of the device main body (35) in the travel direction (FD) and face each other so as to be able to contact the inner wall surfaces of the pair of partition plates (31A, 31B), and suppresses an increase in the angle between an imaginary center line (C) extending in the vertical direction (VD) of the device main body (35) and a vertical line (V) when the device main body (35) is lifted and lowered.
