A six-degree-of-freedom posture adjusting rack car for automatic assembly comprises a bottom plate, four driving mechanisms and a supporting clamp, each driving mechanism comprises feeding devices in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction, four wheels are arranged at the four corners of the lower portion of the bottom plate, the driving mechanisms A, B, C and D are installed at the four corners of the upper portion of the bottom plate in a threaded connection mode, and a clamp plate is connected with a connecting rod in a threaded connection mode. The connecting rod is tightly pressed by the ball head pressing piece and connected with the driving mechanisms, the driving mechanisms A, B, C and D move in a matched mode, the connecting rod moves circularly in a small range, feeding in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction of the cylinder part and rotation in the X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction are completed, and six-degree-of-freedom posture adjustment in total is achieved.
