The invention provides a flight plan track prediction method based on an informer + arima model. The method comprises the following steps: S1, preprocessing historical track data; s2, taking the preprocessed historical track data as a training sample, carrying out informer model training, and repeatedly and continuously adjusting parameters to form an optimal informer model; s3, taking the preprocessed historical track data as a training sample, carrying out arima model training, and repeatedly and continuously adjusting parameters to form an optimal arima model; and S4, finally predicted four-dimensional track data is obtained by using the optimal informer model and the optimal arima model. According to the method, on the basis of a fusion model of two networks of informer and arima, prediction of linear relation data and nonlinear relation data is supported, a weight empowerment strategy is added, and four-dimensional track data of a flight plan can be predicted more accurately.

    本发明提供一种基于informer+arima模型的飞行计划航迹预测方法,包括:S1、历史航迹数据预处理;S2、将预处理后的历史航迹数据作为训练样本,进行informer模型训练,反复不断调整参数后形成最优的informer模型;S3、将预处理后的历史航迹数据作为训练样本,进行arima模型训练,反复不断调整参数后形成最优的arima模型;S4、利用最优的informer模型和arima模型得到最终预测的四维航迹数据。本发明基于informer和arima两种网络的融合模型,支持线性关系数据和非线性关系数据预测,并加入权重赋权策略,能更精确地预测出飞行计划的四维航迹数据。
