The invention provides an assembly of an outer plate of a vehicle, which can restrain rigidity reduction of the periphery of an opening of the outer plate. The assembly of the outer plate of the vehicle is provided with a fender lower part (50), which is the outer plate of the vehicle, and a bracket (70) for reinforcing the fender lower part (50). A part of the fender lower part (50) is perforated to form a frame body (61). The frame body (61) includes a narrow rear frame (64) formed at an end edge of the fender lower portion (50). The bracket (70) is fixed to the rear frame (64) in an overlapping manner.
