To enable a decrease in rigidity around an opening of an outer panel to be prevented.SOLUTION: An outer panel assembly of a vehicle includes a fender panel lower 50 as an outer panel of the vehicle and a bracket 70 adapted to reinforce the fender panel lower 50. A portion of the fender panel lower 50 is perforated, and thus a frame body 61 is formed. The frame body 61 includes a narrow rear crosspiece 64 formed on an edge of the fender panel lower 50. The bracket 70 is overlapped with the rear crosspiece 64 to be fixed thereto.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
