The invention discloses an anti-collapse monitoring method for a building tower crane. The anti-collapse monitoring method comprises the following steps: arranging an accelerometer on the tower crane; after the tower crane is installed, the initial inherent frequency of the tower crane is obtained through an accelerometer; when the tower crane works, the real-time inherent frequency is calculated through the accelerometer; the real-time inherent frequency is compared with the initial inherent frequency, and when the real-time inherent frequency is smaller than the initial inherent frequency, an alarm is given. Compared with the prior art, the tower crane has the advantages that the accelerometer is arranged at the driver position of the tower crane cab, the initial inherent frequency is calculated, the real-time inherent frequency is calculated through the accelerometer, and the initial inherent frequency is compared with the real-time inherent frequency to judge whether shutdown maintenance is needed or not, so that real-time monitoring on the tower crane is realized; and the stability of the device can be judged only by monitoring the inherent frequency of the device, so that the monitoring difficulty is greatly reduced.

    本发明公开了一种建筑塔式起重机防倒塌监控方法,包括如下步骤:在塔式起重机上设置加速度计;在塔式起重机完成安装后,通过加速度计获取塔式起重机的初始固有频率;在塔式起重机工作时,通过加速度计计算出实时固有频率;将实时固有频率与初始固有频率进行比较,当实时固有频率小于初始固有频率时,进行报警。与现有技术相比,通过在塔吊司机室的司机位置设置加速度计,并计算出初始固有频率,通过加速度计计算出实时固有频率,将初始固有频率与实时固有频率进行比较,以判断是否需要停工维修,实现对塔式起重机进行实时监控,避免事故发生,由于只需监控其固有频率就,即可判断其稳定性,大大降低监控难度。
