The invention discloses an automatic driving system intervention method based on a driver state, and the main design concept of the method is as follows: in a vehicle driving process, the driving behavior data and physiological data of a driver are collected in real time, and the two types of data are continuously scored to obtain a multi-dimensional quantitative score representing the current state of the driver; selecting a plurality of target quantitative scores to be correspondingly compared with a score threshold value based on the multi-dimensional quantitative scores and the weights of the multi-dimensional quantitative scores in combination with vehicle operation conditions, and determining degree grades representing various conditions of the driver; and according to the number of each degree grade, automatically starting an automatic driving system to take over the driver to carry out vehicle driving control. According to the method, the degree of the emergency situation of the user is scored and graded, the opportunity of active intervention of automatic driving is decided according to the grading quantity of each degree, a seamless takeover effect under the emergency situation of the driver can be formed, and the probability of traffic accidents caused by the emergency situation of the driver is remarkably reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于驾驶员状态的自动驾驶系统介入方法,本发明的主要设计构思在于,在车辆驾驶过程中,实时采集驾驶员的驾驶行为数据及生理数据,并对此两类数据进行持续打分,得到表征驾驶员当前状态的多维量化分数,再结合车辆运行工况,基于该多维量化分数及其权重,选择若干个目标量化分数与分值阈值对应比较,确定出表征驾驶员多种情况的程度等级;根据各程度等级的数量,自动开启自动驾驶系统以接管驾驶员进行车辆驾驶操控。本发明对于用户紧急情况程度进行评分并分级,并根据各程度分级的数量决策自动驾驶主动介入的时机,可形成在驾驶员紧急情况下的无缝接管效果,显著降低因驾驶员突发状况导致的交通事故概率。
