The invention relates to an unmanned crown block material correction method and device, computer equipment and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps that the driving direction of the unmanned crown block in the steel coil warehouse is determined; detecting the driving position of the unmanned crown block in the driving direction in real time through the encoder; when the driving position reaches a target driving position, triggering each image acquisition assembly to acquire a target steel coil image of the target driving position; splicing the plurality of target steel coil images corresponding to each target driving position according to the mounting sequence of the image acquisition assembly on the unmanned crown block and the driving direction to obtain a target spliced steel coil image corresponding to the steel coil library; and correcting the pre-recorded size and position of the steel coil according to the target spliced steel coil image. By adopting the method, the hoisting work accuracy of the crown block can be improved, and the problem caused by inaccurate size and position of the steel coil during hoisting is avoided.

    本申请涉及一种无人天车物料修正方法、装置、计算机设备和存储介质。所述方法包括:确定所述无人天车在钢卷库中的行驶方向;通过所述编码器实时检测所述无人天车在所述行驶方向的行驶位置;当所述行驶位置到达目标行驶位置时,触发每个图像采集组件采集所述目标行驶位置的目标钢卷图像;将每个所述目标行驶位置对应的多个所述目标钢卷图像,按照所述图像采集组件在所述无人天车上的安装顺序以及所述行驶方向进行拼接,得到所述钢卷库对应的目标拼接钢卷图像;根据所述目标拼接钢卷图像对预先记录的钢卷的尺寸和位置进行修正。采用本方法能够提高天车的吊装工作准确性,避免吊装时钢卷尺寸位置不准确所造成的问题。
