The invention discloses a vehicle indoor temperature management system and a vehicle. The temperature management system comprises a vehicle body shell, a conveying pump, a heating device, a heat dissipation device, a first temperature measuring device and a control unit. The vehicle body shell comprises a phase change heat storage material shell internally provided with a heat exchange pipe. An inlet end of the delivery pump is connected with a heat exchange working medium outlet of the heat exchange tube, an outlet end of the delivery pump is connected with a heat exchange working medium inlet of the heating device through a first valve and is connected with a heat exchange working medium inlet of the radiating device through a second valve, and heat exchange working medium outlets of the heating device and the radiating device are connected with a heat exchange working medium inlet of the heat exchange tube; the control unit is suitable for controlling starting and stopping of the conveying pump, the heating device and the heat dissipation device and opening and closing of the first valve and the second valve based on the actual temperature measured by the first temperature measuring device and the preset temperature range. The temperature management system can regulate and control the temperature in a vehicle room in a high-low temperature environment, can reduce the use of a vehicle-mounted air conditioner, and not only has a good temperature regulation effect, but also can obtain better human body comfort.

    本发明公开了车辆室内温度管理系统和车辆。该温度管理系统包括车身壳体、输送泵、发热装置、散热装置、第一测温装置和控制单元,该车身壳体包括内置换热管的相变储热材料壳体;输送泵的入口端与换热管的换热工质出口相连,其出口端通过第一阀门与发热装置的换热工质入口相连,通过第二阀门与散热装置的换热工质入口相连,发热装置和散热装置的换热工质出口与换热管的换热工质入口相连;控制单元适于基于第一测温装置测得的实际温度和预设温度范围,控制输送泵、发热装置、散热装置的启停和第一阀门和第二阀门的开闭。该温度管理系统可以实现高低温环境中对车室内温度的调控,能减少车载空调的使用,不仅调温效果好,还能获得更好的人体舒适感。
