To provide a vehicle indoor temperature control device which can achieve power saving while securing hyperthermic comfort of an occupant.SOLUTION: A vehicle indoor temperature control device 10 can control hyperthermic comfort of a seated occupant and includes: a first interior member having a temperature control mechanism layer 13 of a front side part 1a, an intermediate part 1b, a front side lower part 2g, a front surface lower part 4f, a seat cushion 5a, and a right side surface front side upper part 6b, i.e., a first area capable of adjusting a temperature of inferior limbs of the occupant; a second interior member disposed above the first interior member and having a temperature control mechanism layer 13 of a steering 3, a front surface middle part 4e, and a seat back 5b, i.e., a second area, which is different from the temperature control mechanism layer 13 of the first area; and an ECU 30. The ECU 30 controls the temperature control mechanism layers 13 in a manner that a temperature of the temperature control mechanism layer 13 of the first area becomes higher than a temperature of the temperature control mechanism layer 13 of the second area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
