The invention discloses a quay crane trolley wheel automatic guiding intelligent control system which comprises a driving unit connected with wheels of a quay crane trolley and used for controlling guiding of the wheels; the displacement sensor is arranged on the driving unit and used for obtaining the displacement amount of the wheel; the distance measuring sensor is arranged on the track, is close to the near side of the wheel and is used for obtaining a gap between the rim of the wheel and the edge of the track; and the intelligent controller is used for reading measured values of the displacement sensor and the distance measuring sensor, so that the wheel turns and expresses to execute automatic deviation correction. The invention discloses an automatic guiding intelligent control method for wheels of a quay crane trolley. The wheel orientation of the quay crane trolley can be corrected in time, off tracking and rail gnawing are avoided, and the off tracking problem of the quay crane trolley is solved.
