The invention discloses a hybrid off-road vehicle energy management method, equipment, a medium and a product, and relates to the field of vehicle energy management. According to the invention, on the basis of the test data, the K-means clustering algorithm and the relative entropy are adopted to classify the cross-country working conditions to obtain the classification result, and a changeable cross-country environment is simplified into a transition probability matrix of electric power requirements under different working conditions, so that the complexity of cross-country working condition classification is greatly reduced; therefore, an energy management strategy which adaptively changes in real time according to the driving working condition is realized. Moreover, on the basis of the classification result, the optimal solution corresponding to each type of working conditions is determined by using the improved expectation SARSA algorithm, so that the online calculation time is shortened, and the problems that the energy management strategy based on traditional reinforcement learning is low in training speed and the real-time control of the vehicle is difficult to realize are solved.

    本发明公开一种混合动力越野车辆能量管理方法、设备、介质及产品,涉及车辆能量管理领域。本发明基于试验数据采用K‑means聚类算法和相对熵对越野工况进行分类得到分类结果,将多变的越野环境简化为不同工况下的电功率需求的转移概率矩阵,大大降低了越野工况分类的复杂性,以便实现根据行驶工况实时进行适应性改变的能量管理策略。并且,本发明基于分类结果,利用改进的期望SARSA算法确定每类工况对应的最优解,减少了在线计算时间,进而解决了基于传统强化学习的能量管理策略训练速度慢、难以实现车辆的实时控制的问题。
