The invention discloses an ICP (inductively coupled plasma)-based krypton working medium electric propulsion integrated device to solve the problems of low specific impulse and high use cost of an existing satellite propulsion system. The device comprises a mounting box body, a thruster and a neutralizer, wherein the thruster and the neutralizer are arranged at the upper part of the mounting box body; the invention has the characteristics of high specific impulse, long service life, diversified working medium and the like, and the weight of working medium fuel carried by a satellite is greatly reduced; the thruster and the neutralizer both utilize radio frequency energy to generate plasmas, the thruster utilizes an ion optical system to lead out ions, and the neutralizer emits electrons to neutralize ion plume; an ion optical system of the thruster is optimized, expensive xenon is replaced by low-cost krypton, the use cost of a satellite propelling system is reduced, focusing of krypton plume is achieved under low screen grid voltage, and the total power consumption of the propelling system is reduced; and the neutralizer realizes ignition by utilizing a positive high-voltage power supply of the thruster, so that a set of high-voltage power supply module is saved, and the complexity of the propelling system is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种基于ICP的氪工质电推进集成装置,以解决现有卫星推进系统存在比冲低以及使用成本高的问题。本申请包括:安装箱体以及设置于安装箱体上部的推力器和中和器;本申请具有比冲高、寿命长、工质多元化等特点,极大的降低了卫星携带工质燃料的重量;推力器与中和器均利用射频能量产生等离子体,推力器利用离子光学系统引出离子,中和器发射电子中和离子羽流;通过优化推力器的离子光学系统,将低廉的氪气代替昂贵的氙气,降低了卫星推进系统的使用成本,并在较低屏栅极电压下实现氪离子羽流的聚焦,降低了推进系统总功耗;中和器利用推力器正高压电源实现点火,节省了一套高压电源模块,降低了推进系统的复杂度。
