The invention provides a vertical shaft lifting safety system and a using method. The vertical shaft lifting safety system comprises a vertical shaft lifting device, a safety door, a vehicle stopping device and a hydraulic control device. The safety door and the car stopping device are arranged on the periphery of the vertical shaft lifting device and connected in series through the hydraulic control device, and an ascending in-place sensor and a descending in-place sensor are arranged on the car stopping device and electrically connected with the vertical shaft lifting device. Through mutual cooperation of the vertical shaft lifting device, the safety door, the car stopping device and the hydraulic control device, the car stopping device and the safety door can operate synchronously, the safety door and the car stopping device are arranged on the periphery of the vertical shaft lifting device, the situation that a driver of a follow-up car collides with a cage due to misoperation can be prevented, and safety of the car is guaranteed. Through the arrangement of the ascending in-place sensor and the descending in-place sensor, if the car stopping device is not opened in place or closed in place, the vertical shaft lifting device cannot operate, and the safety of personnel and the device is guaranteed.

    本发明提供一种立井提升安全系统及使用方法,包括立井提升装置、安全门、阻车装置、液压控制装置;安全门、阻车装置设置在立井提升装置的外围,安全门、阻车装置之间通过液压控制装置串联连接,阻车装置上设置有上升到位传感器和下降到位传感器,上升到位传感器和下降到位传感器与立井提升装置电连接。本发明通过立井提升装置、安全门、阻车装置、液压控制装置的相互配合,使得阻车装置和安全门能够同步运行,将安全门、阻车装置设置在立井提升装置的外围,能够防止后续车辆的司机误操作撞向罐笼,通过上升到位传感器和下降到位传感器的设置,如果阻车装置未打开到位或未关闭到位,立井提升装置无法运行,保证了人员和装置的安全。
