The invention discloses a vertical shaft friction type lifting system and a transformation method of an existing vertical shaft lifting system.The vertical shaft friction type lifting system comprises a lifting mechanism, a shaft, a lifting container and a balance weight, the middle section of the lifting container and the middle section of the shaft are arranged in parallel, and the middle section of the balance weight and the middle section of the lifting container are arranged in parallel; the vertical shaft friction type lifting system further comprises a middle partition plate arranged between the lifting container and the balance weight, the middle partition plate and the middle section of the lifting container are arranged in parallel, and the middle partition plate extends in the vertical direction and is arranged at the meeting section of the lifting container and the balance weight. According to the vertical shaft friction type lifting system and the transformation method of the existing vertical shaft lifting system, the problems that in an existing vertical shaft friction type lifting system, the lifting container and the balance weight are prone to generating impact in the horizontal direction at the meeting section due to the respective airflow effect, and the balance weight or the lifting container is prone to generating transverse swing; and unstable system operation is caused.

    本发明公开了一种竖井摩擦式提升系统及既有竖井提升系统的改造方法,涉及矿井提升设备技术领域,包括提升机构、井筒、提升容器和平衡锤,提升容器的中截面与井筒的中截面平行布置,平衡锤的中截面与提升容器的中截面平行布置,竖井摩擦式提升系统还包括设于提升容器和平衡锤之间的中间隔板,中间隔板与提升容器的中截面平行布置,中间隔板沿竖向延伸布置在提升容器和平衡锤的相会段的位置处。本发明提供的竖井摩擦式提升系统及既有竖井提升系统的改造方法,解决了现有的竖井摩擦式提升系统中提升容器和平衡锤在相会段由于各自的气流作用容易产生水平方向的冲击,平衡锤或提升容器容易产生横向摆动,导致系统运行不稳的技术问题。
