The invention provides a test tool and method for simulating a side window pop-up aerodynamic load. The test tool mainly comprises a lifting actuating cylinder, a radial load hydraulic actuating cylinder, a lifting frame, a loading rod, a tool cabin heat-proof sleeve, a tool cabin support, a side window pop-up device, an actuating cylinder lifting rod, a course load hydraulic actuating cylinder and an ignition actuating cylinder. The simulation flight aerodynamic load verification test requirement of the aircraft side window pop-up device can be met; accurate simulation of the aerodynamic load in the side window pop-up process is achieved, and the time-varying aerodynamic load borne by the side window can be simulated according to different ballistic trajectories of an aircraft and different pop-up distances of the side window. The actual installation state is simulated, and details such as coating of heat-proof putty on the surface of an aircraft can be completely simulated. An open structure layout is adopted, operation and test observation are facilitated, the resistance of the side window in the whole pop-up process can be measured through a lifting rod tool, and pop-up of the side window in a pyrotechnic actuating state can be simulated by adopting a pyrotechnic actuating cylinder.

    本发明提供了一种模拟侧窗弹出气动载荷的试验工装和方法,主要包括:提拉作动筒、径向载荷液压作动筒、提拉框、加载杆、工装舱防热套、工装舱支架、侧窗弹出装置、作动筒提拉杆、航向载荷液压作动筒、火工作动筒;可满足飞行器侧窗弹出装置的模拟飞行气动载荷验证测试需求;实现了侧窗弹出过程中的气动载荷精确模拟,可以根据飞行器的不同弹道、侧窗的不同弹出距离模拟侧窗所受时变气动载荷。模拟了实际安装状态,可以完全模拟飞行器表面涂抹防热腻子等细节。采用开放式结构布局,方便操作与试验观察,可以通过提拉杆工装测量侧窗弹出全过程的阻力,亦可采用火工作动筒模拟火工作动状态下的侧窗弹出。
