The invention discloses a DPF (diesel particulate filter) regeneration control method for a range extender diesel engine, which relates to post-processing and comprises the following steps: when a DPF enters a regeneration control mode, adjusting the lower limit threshold of SOC (state of charge) to be the lowest threshold less than the lower limit threshold and the upper limit threshold of SOC to be the highest threshold greater than the upper limit threshold, and acquiring the current value of the SOC in real time; judging the magnitude relationship between the current value and the lowest threshold value and the magnitude relationship between the current value and the highest threshold value; and when the current value is within the threshold value range composed of the lowest threshold value and the highest threshold value, an EHC is started to heat the DPF, and the engine executes a non-stop charging mode. The invention discloses a DPF regeneration device of a range extender diesel engine. According to the method, regeneration of the DPF is achieved, the utilization rate of fuel efficiency is increased, fuel loss is greatly reduced, and meanwhile negative effects brought by a traditional regeneration control method are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种增程器柴油发动机的DPF再生控制方法,涉及后处理,当DPF进入再生控制模式时,调整SOC的下限阈值为小于下限阈值的最低阈值、SOC的上限阈值为大于上限阈值的最高阈值,实时获取所述SOC的当前值,并判断所述当前值与最低阈值、最高阈值之间的大小关系;当所述当前值位于最低阈值和最高阈值组成的阈值范围之内时,启动EHC对所述DPF进行加热,且所述发动机执行不停机的充电模式。本发明公开了一种增程器柴油发动机的DPF再生装置。本发明实现了DPF的再生,提高燃油的效能的利用率,大大降低了燃油的损耗,同时也降低传统再生的控制方法带来的负面影响。
