The invention discloses an electric retarding braking control method and system for a diesel engine range extender system, and the method comprises the steps: judging whether electric retarding braking is needed or not according to the braking force of a whole vehicle, the maximum charging power allowed by a battery, the SOC level of the battery and the water temperature of an engine when a braking signal is received; calculating and correcting an actual power value needing to be consumed by the range extender in an auxiliary manner based on an electric retarding braking demand instruction; controlling a generator to charge a battery at a corresponding rotating speed value v1 according to an actual power value which needs to be consumed by the range extender in an auxiliary manner; and the generator reversely drags the engine at the rotating speed of the rotating speed value v1, so that the engine executes in-cylinder braking or exhaust braking. On one hand, the braking force level of the new energy automobile is improved, on the other hand, the situation that the braking force of the driving motor is reduced due to the fact that the SOC of the high battery is too high is avoided, continuous braking feedback of the driving motor is guaranteed, and then the braking safety of the automobile is improved.

    本发明公开一种柴油机增程器系统电缓速制动控制方法及系统,当接收制动信号时,根据整车制动力和电池允许的最大充电功率、电池SOC水平以及发动机水温判断是否需要电缓速制动;基于电缓速制动需求指令下,计算并修正增程器需要辅助消耗的实际功率值;根据增程器需要辅助消耗的实际功率值,控制发电机在相应转速值v1下对电池进行充电;并使发电机在转速值v1的转速下倒拖发动机,使发动机执行缸内制动或排气制动。本发明一方面提高了新能源汽车的制动力水平,另一方面避免了高电池SOC过高而降低驱动电机制动力的情况,保证了驱动电机的持续制动回馈,进而提高了车辆的制动安全性。
