The invention provides a fixing tool for constructing a double-shaft tail shaft shell and a using method. The fixing tool comprises a plurality of supporting units, and movable baffles are controlled in the supporting units through motors; the multiple first supporting units are arranged in an array mode, the tops of the first supporting units are connected through channel steel to form a reinforcing grid, and the multiple transversely-arranged second supporting units are symmetrically fixed to the two long sides of the reinforcing grid. When the auxiliary fixing device is used, the baffle of the first supporting unit abuts against the upper surface of the upper-section piece body of the stern shaft shell, the second supporting unit abuts against the opposite inner side faces of the two lower-section piece bodies of the stern shaft shell connected to the upper surface of the upper-section piece body of the stern shaft shell, and therefore auxiliary fixing of the stern shaft shell is achieved. According to the method, the distance between the stern shaft shell piece bodies on the two sides is locked through the fixing tool, the problem of precision size deformation caused by deflection of the shaft shell piece bodies in the welding process is effectively controlled, the quality precision of segmented dock carrying of the double-shaft-hole stern shaft shell is ensured, and a new technological method for rapid carrying of a large ship is achieved.

    本发明提供一种双轴艉轴壳搭建的固定工装及使用方法,该固定工装包括多个支撑单元,支撑单元内通过电机控制有可移动的挡板;多个第一支撑单元呈阵列方式排布,第一支撑单元的顶部通过槽钢实现互连形成加固网格,多个横置的第二支撑单元对称固定于加固网格的两条长边。使用时,将第一支撑单元的挡板抵紧在艉轴壳上段片体的上表面,第二支撑单元抵紧在连接于艉轴壳上段片体上表面的两个艉轴壳下段片体相对的内侧面,从而实现对艉轴壳的辅助固定。本发明利用固定工装锁定两侧艉轴壳片体之间的间距,有效控制焊接过程中轴壳片体发生偏斜的精度尺寸变形问题,确保了双轴孔艉轴壳分段船坞搭载的质量精度,实现大型船舶快速化搭载的新工艺技术方法。
