A power storage system capable of efficiently charging in accordance with the voltage state of a charging device and capable of suppressing manufacturing cost. The power storage system includes: a storage battery including second to fourth contactors; second to fourth contactors capable of switching between a first voltage state in which the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit are connected in series and can be charged at a first voltage, and a second voltage state in which the first power storage unit and the second power storage unit are connected in parallel and can be charged at a second voltage; a three-phase motor driven by power supplied from the battery; an inverter connected to a power supply circuit (11P, 11N) between the battery and the three-phase motor; and DC power supply circuits (13P, 13N) connected to the power supply circuits (11P, 11N) between the inverter and the storage battery. The DC power supply circuit (13P) on the positive electrode side has a branch circuit (14) connected to a coil (32U, 32V, or 32W) of any phase of the three-phase motor.
