The invention provides a multi-point pressing device capable of accurately adjusting pressing force and an adjusting method, and relates to the technical field of spacecraft locking and releasing mechanisms. The multi-point pressing device comprises a multi-point pressing device body, a pressing force measuring module and a pressing force adjusting module. The pressing force measuring module and the pressing force adjusting module are connected to the multi-point pressing device body. The multi-point pressing device body presses a locked object, accurate adjustment of pressing force between the pressing rod and the locked object is achieved through the pressing force adjusting module, and the pressing force measuring module measures the pressing force through a stress-strain method. Accurate measurement of the pressing force is achieved through the pressing force measurement module, accurate adjustment of the pressing force is achieved through the pressing force adjustment module, the measurement-adjustment process is repeated until the peak-to-peak value of the pressing force meets the set threshold value, the pressing force of multiple pressing points can be accurately measured and adjusted, stress uniformity of a locked object is achieved, and the locking precision is improved. And the reliability of the locking and releasing mechanism of the spacecraft is improved.

    本发明提供了一种涉及航天器锁紧释放机构技术领域的压紧力可准确调节的多点压紧装置及调节方法包括多点压紧装置本体、压紧力测量模块以及压紧力调节模块,压紧力测量模块和压紧力调节模块分别连接于多点压紧装置本体上;多点压紧装置本体压紧被锁紧对象,通过压紧力调节模块实现压紧杆与被锁紧对象之间的压紧力的准确调节,压紧力测量模块通过应力应变方法测量压紧力。本发明通过压紧力测量模块实现压紧力的准确测量,通过压紧力调节模块实现压紧力的准确调节,重复测量‑调节过程直到压紧力的峰峰值满足设定阈值,能够准确测量和调节多个压紧点的压紧力,实现被锁紧对象的受力均匀性,提高航天器锁紧释放机构的可靠性。
