The invention discloses an energy-saving central air-conditioning system for a ship, which comprises a refrigerant water circulation loop consisting of a fan coil, a water chilling unit and a refrigerant water pump, and further comprises a seawater and fresh water plate heat exchanger, and the seawater and fresh water plate heat exchanger is connected with the water chilling unit in parallel to form a refrigerant water system. And an auxiliary system consisting of an isolation water replenishing meter, an exhaust device and a sealed pressure expansion tank is also arranged. The system can reduce energy consumption and save energy, and has the advantage of efficient and stable operation.
